I feel like this is something that a LOT of people might need right now
I feel like this is something that a LOT of people might need right now... the world / Life really feels like it's almost completely rearranging right now, doesn't it?
When there's a LOTTTTTTTTT changing and rearranging in your life, all at once, when it feels like everything is Chaos, when you're in that 'goo phase,' and everything feels like it's dissolving and falling away — and yet nothing is solidifying yet, nothing is coming into form yet, nothing is 'making sense' yet...
We THINK what we need is either: more Surfacing or more Structure.
Surfacing: less inputs, less things, less Intimacy wit things (because it's a LOT); so more Avoiding, more pulling away, more Numbing, more Distractions, more just "floating at the surface" of things until the world around you calms down.
Structure: more of a plan, more of a Strategy, more rigidity, more nailing things down; because what you think you're craving is something more solid to stand on... and you ARE craving that, but it's like craving a glass of wine or a smoke when you're stressed... it might feel good in the moment, but it's not what you actuallyyyyyyyy are truly craving, and obviously not what you actually need.
But these phases — what they're actually asking for?
Is Deepening.
And that can look one bajillion ways, so there is no Template for this (this is an Anti-Template space, as you know) — so here are some prompts:
Where can you Deepen?
HOW can you Deepen? What might that look like?
What can you Deepen IN with?
Where can you let yourself be Deepened?
And probably my favorite one:
How can you let yourself RECEIVE more Deeply?
We THINK that, when we're overwhelmed, confused, in a state of Chaos — that what we need is LESS. But what we actually need in these moments is a very specific form of MORE:
More Depth.
