How does it work?
The practice I’m going to be guiding you in is a GORGEOUS Co-Creative act with your Soul, with the Mysteries,

There’s nothing you need to do to prepare, and no “special abilities” you need to have... You just let yourself show up — comfy and some place quiet, maybe with a yummy, warm drink and your journal — and I’ll guide you in the rest. :)
We’ll spend about 90 minutes together in a rich, guided experience on an intimate group call — and by the end of it, you'll Receive a Frequency.

What will we be doing inside of Frequency? How will this work?
We’ll be dropping in together on an audio-only call, where I’ll be teaching you a little bit about why we do things the way we’re about to do them, then Guiding you through a rich Practice so you can drop into a deeper layer of Consciousness and receive Guidance and Wisdom from your Soul.
I’ll help you tease out the Meaning and Message in your Frequency — and answer questions — as much as I have time to while we’re live.
