What are SÓL Sessions?
SÓL Sessions are low-cost and powerful one-time experiences — masterclasses, Shamanic experiences, or multi-week immersions — designed to put you back in touch with your true Creator Power and thus your greatest life, your Highest Destiny, and the Creation of your wildest Dreams.

Once you join, you’ll get an email with all the details you need for our class / experience, and a link to join us in the Telegram space.
Each SÓL Session may vary slightly in format — details are above on this page for this Session (and will be clearly outlined for you in your welcome email).
You’ll have one month inside our Telegram space — to listen to the classes / experiences again, if you’d like, AND to drop into the Q&A or open coaching experience with me.
In the Q&A / open coaching period, you’re welcome to bring any questions, topics, riff-requests, or specific struggles or shifts you want to create in your life, business, relationships or Spiritual journey — and I’ll be in there to offer you reflections, new ways to approach what you’re wanting to Expand, and support.
Q&A / open coaching periods are different for each SÓL Session — you’ll be given details about how that works for this next Session in your welcome email, and inside our Telegram space.
