A look at how this unfolded for one of my clients, Erin...
She was losing herself
by working with the ‘business experts.’
She was losing the Voice of her Offerings,
she was losing touch with the pulse of her Purpose Work,
by trying to shove it all into their Strategies and Templates
because they said it’s “how she had to do it.”
She lost the Inspiration, her motivation was flatlining,
it was feeling harder and harder — instead of getting Easier,
and she was feeling more and more suffocated
by the Hamster Wheel and Hustle and “trying to figure it out.”
And, perhaps worst of all, she was starting to feel like
maybe she was hearing her Intuition wrong,
and she wasn’t actually supposed to be an entrepreneur…..
Because she’d hired the Biz Experts with the best of intentions —
— just like we all do; just like you have.
She really thought their Strategies and Systems would finally be the thing to ‘make it all work finally.’
She really thought she’d get Clarity — and that would pop her out of this stuck place, out of this plateau.
She really thought they’d see her — that they’d see something True and Pure about her Work,
and be able to reflect it back to her so she could show up more powerfully, and call her Dream Clients in.
But they didn’t.
They just tried to shove her into THEIR Ways of doing things.
They insisted that it was the only way she’d see Success.
They insisted that — if she didn’t follow these Ways — it was never gonna work for her.
They insisted that it works — it ALWAYS works — when you just take their methodology and apply it to your business.
It didn’t work.
None of it worked.
And even when it kinda-did, it didn’t feel good.
Plus, she never felt seen.
She never felt KNOWN by these ‘experts.’
She just felt like cattle — forced through the same systems as everyone else,
fed the same information and the same regurgitated suggestions over and over again,
no unique guidance and mentorship for the Heart and the Soul of HER Work,
and HER Medicine, and HER Sacred Success.
She just felt so Lost.
Until we unplugged her from all of the Strategies “those experts” have been trying to shove down her throat,
and all the boxes they’ve been trying to shove her into
(and I showed her WHY those ways actually won’t work for her),
until we reconnected her with the Heart and the Pulse of her Soul Work,
and how it wants to be Stewarded, how it wants to be Voiced,
until we gave her the Ways and the Practices
of the Feminine Paradigm of Business —
— every ounce of which gets to feel Expansive, in Flow, Creative, Inspired, Aligned…
...and which WORK, in ways that often feel like Magic,
because they’re deeply True to the Work we’re here to do and the people we’re here to serve.
And now?
Now she’s birthed the business of her Dreams — literally, a Vision and a Dream she’d had years ago,
thinking it was just a pipe-dream, assuming it was probably just a fantasy —
— and it came into reality in ways she could never have imagined.
And she comes to me, crying with gratitude, on most of our calls
as she tells me about the people who keep arriving to her Offerings,
about the opportunities that keep landing in her lap “as if by Magic,”
about how CLEAR her Guidance is;
about how TRUE and Right and Aligned it all feels,
and how that Powers her beyond old patterns of holding back;
about how “she’s not even having to DO anything — it just keeps happening,”
about the ripples she’s seeing in her community as her Work begins to touch more and more of the people there;
about how the inner work she’s having to do now
is more about Capacity to Receive the More that keeps coming;
about the way she’s being Guided — by her Soul, by her Team of Guides,
and it brings her to her knees daily in awe, in gratitude, in Wonder.
On Purpose. Aligned.
And Alive with the vibrancy of her Soul Work
birthing through her — and CARRYING her beyond expectations.

“I found Heather‘s work when I was going through an immensely traumatic time.
I was in a new city, experiencing postpartum depression, and was feeling lost, ungrounded, and overwhelmed.
